How It Works
It is a simple process and easy to use. It has been designed in such a way that it helps both the student and the teacher to start the class with a minimum wastage of time. All that is required is: A computer with a broad-band connection and a headset with a mike. For certain classes, a Web-cam is a must i.e., classes like learning a musical instrument.
Each student will be given a user name and password. When a student logs in, he/she can access the whiteboard, tutorial, voice and video chat room. This is where the student-teacher interaction takes place. This room is used for the following:
- The student and teacher interact by using the voice and video chat room.
- The student and the teacher will be able to exchange notes, share documents etc.,
- They can use the text messaging facility for better interaction.
- By attaching an electronic pen,the teacher can start tutoring by using the whiteboard as it is done in a regular school. The student also can make use of this facility for answering or clarifying a doubt.
